Studio MB is a private hair studio in Arvada, Colorado, created by master hairstylist, Melanie Bunone, to make your appointment feel like time set aside just for you.

A calm, comfortable space where you can settle in, slow down, and trust that your hair is taken care of.

I’ve been behind the chair since 2014, and over the years I’ve learned that great hair starts with something just as important as technique: trust. Understanding what you want, even when you’re not quite sure how to put it into words, is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in creating hair that works just as well in your everyday life as it does when you leave the salon.

After more than a decade behind the chair, I created Studio MB because I wanted the freedom to be intentional about every aspect of my work and every aspect of my clients’ experience.

Having my own studio means I can create the kind of appointment I believe in: calm, comfortable, personal, and never rushed. From the way we talk through your hair goals to the environment you spend your appointment in, I want you to feel confident that you’re in good hands. Ultimately, my goal isn’t just for you to leave loving your hair, I want you to leave feeling like you have one less thing to worry about.

When I’m not at the studio, I’m happiest enjoying the simple things - usually with a book nearby, a yoga class followed by the farmers’ market, and my dogs never too far away.
